Will my order arrive before Halloween?
For the Skull Mask, delivery is estimated at 10 to 14 calendar days from your order, to the United States, France and Spain. Order by October 17 to have it on the 31st. It is an estimate, not a promise: every order is prepared within 0 to 1 business day and shipped internationally with tracking, which appears once it ships.

Shipping is free on orders worth €50 or more after discounts and costs €4.90 below that; in the US, both amounts are converted to dollars at checkout. Two Skull Masks, or a mask and a cape, are enough for free shipping.

Yes. You can order from the United States, France or Spain. US prices are shown in dollars, and shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to tell us by email that you are withdrawing, then 14 days to send the item back. The refund includes the original standard shipping; return shipping for a change of mind is yours to pay. The Returns page has every detail.

Payment happens on a secure Shopify checkout. Depending on your device, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay can be offered there; every available method is shown with the total, shipping and taxes before you confirm.

What size mask or cape should I choose?
No size to pick: both are one size fits all. The Skull Mask is held in place by its strap; for the cape, you only choose the length, 120, 140 or 150 cm (about 47, 55 or 59 in).
Shop HalloweenCan I wear the Skull Mask for motorcycling, airsoft or paintball?
No. The Skull Mask is a costume accessory with no protective function. Do not use it for motorcycling, airsoft, paintball or any activity that calls for protective equipment. Keep it for costume parties and Halloween photos.
Does ALTER sell full costumes and decorations?
Not yet. Today you can order the Skull Mask and the reversible vampire cape. Other pieces, decor, accessories and pet pieces, are shown as “Coming soon” with an indicative price and cannot be ordered yet.
