ALTER delivery

We deliver to France, Spain and the United States. Each order is prepared within 0 to 1 business day, then shipped by tracked international shipping. Estimated receipt is 10 to 14 calendar days after you order, preparation and transport included.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. The tracking number is added after the actual dispatch and sent to you by email.

Shipping costs

€4.90 when the product total, after discounts, is below €50; free shipping from €50. For the United States, amounts are converted to USD by Shopify. The total and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

A problem with your delivery?

Check your address before ordering. For a delay, a lost or damaged parcel or an address to correct, write to contact@alter-global.com or call +212 6 94 42 93 55. If an order cannot be delivered, we will find a solution with you and apply your rights to cancellation and refund.
