ALTER returns and refunds

You can tell us you are withdrawing from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Write to contact@alter-global.com with your order number and the items concerned, by a clear statement or with the form below. You can also reach us on +212 6 94 42 93 55.

After notifying us, send the items back within 14 days to the return address below, using a tracked shipment. Put the order reference in the parcel and keep your proof of postage. The direct cost of returning items when you change your mind is yours to bear. This address also applies to returns from Spain and the United States.

You may try on a garment as you would in a shop. A deduction for loss of value may apply only if the handling goes beyond what was needed to check the item.

Refund

The refund, which includes the original standard delivery, is made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the payment method used for the order unless we agree otherwise. It may be postponed until we have received the items or you provide proof that you sent them. Any extra cost of a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery is not refunded.

Defective, incorrect or non-conforming item

Contact us at contact@alter-global.com, with photos if possible. Your statutory rights still apply and exercising them does not cost you any return shipping.
